Multi-year support to a utility's nuclear engineering organization on a fleet-wide license-amendment program. Authored amendment requests, supported the no-significant-hazards-consideration evaluations, and managed the documentation interface with the NRC project manager.

Advanced-reactor pre-application engagement

Pre-application engagement strategy for an advanced-reactor developer pursuing a Part 52 combined license. Topical-report identification and authoring strategy. Engagement covered the period from initial pre-application through the first formal NRC technical meeting.

Internal events PRA update

PRA update for an operating BWR consistent with the NRC's PRA standard endorsement. Covered the model fidelity, data update, and peer-review preparation. Engagement complete; PRA used in subsequent risk-informed applications.

Risk-informed completion times program

10 CFR 50.69 implementation support for an operating PWR. Coordinated the engineering, operations, and licensing-organization workstreams through the implementation timeline.

Most engagements are fixed-scope, milestone-billed, with deliverables tied to defined regulatory or program gates. We do not staff augmentation engagements. We do not bill on outcomes; the regulator's decision is not ours to commit to.
