What we do not do

• Plant ownership or operations. We are an engineering firm.
• Construction-management or EPC roles. We coordinate with construction-management firms but we do not staff them.
• Engagements where we would be acting as the licensee's regulatory point of contact for binding submissions. The licensee owns the docket.
• Engagements involving classified national-security information. Our work is unclassified-CUI at most.
